When you purchase our products, you get a choice between shipping and customer pick-up.

Hours: 10:00–19:00 daily

There are two shipping options:
1. CDEK courier service, or
2. Russian Post.
We will ship in 3 to 5 business days. The shipping cost and exact shipping time for your order will be tallied during the processing on our website. The shipping time elapses from the sending date.

Paying with bank card on our website

Card payments on our website are processed by Yandex.Kassa. When your order has been finalised and paid, you will receive an electronic receipt to your mailbox.

Returns and Refunds

Should any product be found substandard or at variance with your order, you are at liberty to initiate the product's return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Where a product is exchanged or returned to the e-store warehouse, the return shipping is for the customer's account.
