Varenye of Arctic raspberries (100 ml)

Arctic raspberry, or Princeberry to use its Russian appellation is, without exaggeration, the most delicious and flavourful fruit of the boreal forest. Its Kamchatka genus is distinguished by a unique flavour and delightful smell. Wild Arctic raspberries are few and far between in Kamchatka. They grow a shrub at a time and no one has as yet been able to 'domesticate' and farm them (but we only harvest wild berries for our preserves anyway!).

Arctic raspberries give your body a burst of vigour and energy. The perfect time to take Arctic raspberry varenye is during convalescence from an illness when your body is weak or as medication for a cold or cough.

Really, the only way to eat our varenye made from this wondrous fruit of the Arctic is to eat it with a spoon.
